I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), inner child work, somatic-focused work, and elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

To support my clients in their journey, I create a personalized workbook for each person, designed to guide their progress between sessions. This customized resource is filled with tools, exercises, and reflections that align with their goals and help deepen their self-understanding and development.

I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and believe that trust and empathy are at the core of meaningful growth and healing.
