I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), inner child work, somatic-focused work, and elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

To support my clients in their journey, I create a personalized workbook for each person, designed to guide their progress between sessions. This customized resource is filled with tools, exercises, and reflections that align with their goals and help deepen their self-understanding and development.
