Policy

To Confirm an appointment the client is required to make the full payment at least 4 hours in advance of the session.

To Cancel an appointment the client must inform 24 hours in advance of the session and will be entitled to a full refund.

 

To Reschedule an appointment, the therapist must be informed at least 4 hours in advance of the session.

 

If the client informs anytime less than 4 hours, 50% of the payment will be forfeited.

 

Rescheduling for the same payment is applicable for one time only. In cases of rescheduling/cancellation beyond 24hrs, refund is not applicable.

 

If the client is late for the session by more than 15 minutes without informing the therapist, it will be considered as a no show and the full amount will be forfeited.

 

If in case of any emergency, the therapist is required to reschedule or cancel the appointment, the client will not be charged for that.

 

During the session, if the client behaves inappropriately with the therapist, the therapist holds the privilege to end the session without a refund.

 

Payments for all the sessions must be done 100% in advance of the therapy session.
